1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and CZ7777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the CZ7777 website located at cz7777.click and all services, games and features offered through it.

By registering an account on CZ7777, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use CZ7777.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently active on CZ7777 or have been permanently excluded in the past.

CZ7777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when there is reason to believe that the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any associated bonus balances.

3. Account Management & Security

Your CZ7777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. CZ7777 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CZ7777 support immediately at support@cz7777.click. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending verification.

CZ7777 may contact you by email or in-platform notification for account-related communications. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible. CZ7777 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on CZ7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CZ7777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your CZ7777 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. CZ7777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless specified otherwise in an active promotion. Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment processor — processing times vary by method but are typically within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise arranged with support. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. CZ7777 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for standard accounts, with priority processing for Silver tier and above VIP Club members and instant processing for Elite tier members. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions: All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins or non-cashable bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.

• CZ7777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply — contact support for current limits at your account tier.
• CZ7777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Dormant accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month applied to the account balance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

CZ7777 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all CZ7777 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless CZ7777 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings can be processed. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page.

• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire without compensation.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback paid through the CZ7777 VIP Club carries no wagering requirement and is credited as withdrawable cash. Specific VIP Club terms are set out in Section 8 below and in the full VIP Club documentation.

6. Betting Rules & Game Terms

Bets placed on CZ7777 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend or withdraw a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify your bet details — stake amount, selection and market — before confirming.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition or event. In the event of an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to palpable errors where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human mistake — CZ7777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. CZ7777's decision on the settlement of bets is final.

Live Casino & Andar Bahar: Game results in live casino titles are determined by physical game processes (cards dealt, roulette wheel outcomes) conducted by licensed live casino studios. CZ7777 is not responsible for technical disruptions to live casino streams caused by the provider's infrastructure.

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.

8. VIP Club Terms

The CZ7777 VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered players. Membership is automatic — every player is enrolled at Bronze tier from account creation. The following terms govern the VIP Club programme.

Tier Assessment: Tier status is calculated on a rolling three-month basis using qualifying wager totals across all real-money game categories on CZ7777. Tier upgrades take effect at the end of each calendar month. CZ7777 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits or the programme structure with advance notice to affected members.

Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses incurred during the seven-day period from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT. Cashback percentages by tier are: Bronze 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 12%, Elite 15%. Weekly cashback caps apply at Bronze and Silver tiers. Only real-money wagers count toward cashback — bets placed using active bonus funds are excluded from the net loss calculation.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

CZ7777 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action or infrastructure failure.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms limits CZ7777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Closure & Termination

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your CZ7777 account at any time by contacting support@cz7777.click. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method. Active bonus balances and bonus winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

CZ7777-Initiated Closure: CZ7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without advance notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other CZ7777 policy.
• Provision of false or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• Court order, regulatory direction or other legal requirement.

Where CZ7777 closes an account due to Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at CZ7777's discretion. Where closure is for reasons other than breach, remaining real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned.

13. Amendments to These Terms

CZ7777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy or formatting changes) may be made without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revision.

Your continued use of CZ7777 after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
